The Certificate trains professionals involved in the new Oral Trials and Accusatory Criminal Prosecution Processes, created after the constitutional reform dated June 18, 2008. Students also receive significant information regarding how they should conduct themselves in each one of the hearings based on protocols and orders.
Students will expand their juridical knowledge of constitutional reform, the new accusatory criminal system, how to apply oral litigation techniques, and how to develop Case Theory so they can better intervene, interrogate, argue, propose ideas and convince others of their validity.
The Certificate is intended for students and graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A copy of the student’s academic transcripts or professional certificate is required to apply.
Dates: January and July
